At Ellen Ausley, we want your new pieces to reach you quickly and safely. This page explains exactly how we ship, what it costs, and when you can expect your order. All prices on our store are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays begin processing the next business day. During sale periods and new collection launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Delivery time estimates above apply to metropolitan areas; regional and remote addresses may require additional transit time.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (redelivery postage may apply). If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your parcel in a safe place or take it to a nearby collection point and leave a notification.
Delays
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, occasional carrier delays can occur, particularly during peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@ellenausley.com or call +61 485 030 722 and we will investigate with the carrier straight away.
