How do I know my order was successful?
You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes of completing checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@ellenausley.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of ordering we'll do our best to amend or cancel it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE on every order, Australia-wide. Express shipping is $15.00 AUD. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro areas (up to 7 for regional), and Express arrives in 1–3 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely — contact us at info@ellenausley.com and we'll set aside your new size while your return is on its way. Exchange postage back to you is free.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a size chart in centimetres based on body measurements, plus fit notes on how each style wears. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — especially for fitted and corset-style dresses, where the larger size gives a more comfortable wear through a long event.
How should I care for my dresses?
Always follow the care label on your garment. As a general guide, delicate fabrics and embellished styles — lace, tulle, sequins and beading — prefer a gentle cold hand wash or professional dry clean, while smooth everyday fabrics are usually fine on a cold, gentle machine cycle inside a wash bag. Reshape and dry flat or on a hanger away from direct sun.
